Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee is charged for no shows and cancellations made within less than 24 hours. A lot goes into the preparation for each service that is offered. Please understand that this time is allocated especially for you. If you end up cancelling your appointment without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time with someone who is on my waitlist. Products and laundering materials also go to waste. I ask that you remain mindful of this to avoid any unwanted cancellation fees.
All appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of your arrival time. A confirmation link is sent directly to your email and telephone number on file 72 hours before your appointment.
