When booking an appointment at Nine to Nourish, you are agreeing to the policies stated below. As a small family owned business, a cancellation policy ensures to cover the cost of operations, wasted product and laundering materials in the event that a last minute cancellation happens. A 50% cancellation fee is charged for no shows and cancellations made within less than 24 hours. This fee is non refundable and can not be applied to any future services. There are no exceptions. I please ask that you remain mindful of the time you scheduled to avoid any unwanted cancellation fees. All appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of your arrival time. A confirmation link is sent directly to your email and telephone number on file 72 hours before your appointment. If the appointment is not confirmed 24 hours ahead of your scheduled arrival time, we have the right to remove your appointment. It is your responsibility to confirm your appointment.
